A calming footbath and relaxing massage

End your day by unwinding in our Spa with a footbath followed by an aroma oil massage. Soothing your muscles and warming the temperature of your feet helps to facilitate heat dissipation in your body; a process known to help improve sleep.

Turn down

While you’re relaxing in the Spa, your Dream Butler will prepare your room with a turn down service that ensures it is set at the perfect humidity, lighting and room temperature for sleep. A scented candle, pillow spray and bedtime book will be waiting for you on your return. Your Dream Butler will help you select a pillow from a specially curated menu.

A dinner design for sleep

You will be served a delicious, easily digestible meal and offered a selection of teas in the comfort of your room. The ingredients have been carefully selected by Moving Mountains nutritionist Rhaya Jordan, and will help you drift off into the perfect night's sleep.

The Tschuggen Bergoase is also open daily to non-residents by prior arrangement and subject to availability. The rates include free use of the entire Tschuggen Bergoase complete with fitness centre, sauna and steam bath area, relaxation rooms and the water world, as well as bathrobes, towels, refreshments and fruits. Participation in the aqua gym lessons on offer is also included. The Sauna is open to children over the age of 16. Rates subject to change.

Our Gym with state-of-the-art Technogym machines offers you everything you need for your individual work-out. Draw strength in our gymnastics room or on our sport- and sun terrace and optimize your training through our diverse and free sport- and gym programme. Furthermore our personal coach awaits to assist you to create your personal exercise plan.

We want you to enjoy your stay with us and hope that you will find the following information useful.

• Detox water, tea, fresh fruit, bathrobe, slippers and towels are included in all admissions.
• Please arrive ten minutes before your booked appointment time so that you can relax before your treatment. Please use this time to inform us of any health issues you might have.
• If you arrive late and the therapist and/or room are booked for the following session, please understand that we will need to shorten your treatment time accordingly.
• If you are unable to attend the agreed appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours beforehand. A 100% charge has to be levied for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. For no-show appointments, the full service fee will be charged.
• We provide you with disposable underwear to wear during our massage treatments.
• To ensure the privacy and well-being of all guests, we kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones, filming, and taking photographs during your stay in the spa area.
• We are not responsible or liable for any injuries. Parents are responsible for their children's actions and behavior. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• The Sauna area is reserved for all guests above 16 years of age.
• Please take a shower before using the swimming pool. No jumping into the swimming pool.
• Out of consideration of other guests, may we kindly ask you to release your deck chair after using. Unused deck chairs will be vacant after 20 minutes.
• Pool facts: relax pool 32°C
• If you cannot find the treatment you want in our spa menu, please speak to Reception. We will be delighted to put together an individual treatment for you.
• If you come to the treatment under the influence of alcohol, we will cancel the treatment.
• Smoking is generally prohibited in the entire SPA area. Also on our pool and sauna terraces.
• Health & Pregnancy: Please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery or have any special health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies, etc. Pregnant guests may be treated with a corresponding disclaimer. Please ask for our recommendations for pregnant guests.
• You are welcome to wear burkinis made from synthetic fabrics that have been specially designed for swimming. No other clothing may be worn, not even under the burkini.
